For two titles, The Chestry Oak (1948) and A tree for Peter (1941), the Collection holds illustrations. There are color separations for Lazy Tinka (1962) and Philomena (1955). There are also galleys, paste-ups, and proofs for Lazy Tinka. Finally, the Collection includes a blueprint press sheet for Philomena.

Hungarian children's author/illustrator, born in Budapest, Hungary in 1899; and emigrated to the United States in 1922. This award-winningartist wrote and illustrated a dozen books and illustrated more than fifty for other authors.
